- Core Values & Conduct
- Our collective stands firmly against racism, homophobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia, antisemitism, sexism, ableism, and all forms of oppression.
- Any behavior that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or harassment will result in immediate action, including removal from the collective if necessary.
- We foster a safe, inclusive space where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
- Attendance & Participation
- Regular attendance is expected from all members.
- You may miss up to three consecutive meetings—if you exceed this, you will receive a warning.
- Continued absences after a warning may lead to further discussions about your role in the collective.
- Active participation in discussions, organizing, and actions is encouraged.
- Communication
- All important discussions, updates, and decisions should take place in the designated team channels.
- Be mindful of how you communicate—keep messages clear, constructive, and respectful.
- Respond to relevant messages and requests in a timely manner.
- Any conflicts should be resolved within the team through open and respectful dialogue.
- Responsibilities & Contributions
- Every member should contribute to the collective’s work, whether through organizing events, managing tasks, or supporting actions.
- If you commit to a task, ensure it is completed or communicate if you need help.
- Decisions are made collectively—your input is important, and participation in discussions is expected.
- Safe Space & Accountability
- We operate on principles of solidarity, mutual aid, and trust.
- If harm occurs within the collective, it will be addressed through a process of accountability and resolution, prioritizing the safety and well-being of those affected.
- If a conflict arises that cannot be resolved internally, a mediation process will be put in place.
- Confidentiality & Security
- Internal discussions, actions, and strategies must remain within the collective.
- Avoid sharing sensitive information in public or with people outside the group.
- Security measures should be followed to protect the collective and its members.
Collective choices, individual voices
When a new idea is suggested, we will engage in thoughtful discussions, listening deeply to understand—not just to respond. If the majority of us agree to move forward with the topic, it will become part of our work. However, this does not mean unanimous enthusiasm is required, nor does it place the burden of full participation on those who feel disconnected from the topic.
For those who may disagree: you will not be forced into the forefront of work that does not resonate with you. Your role will shift gently to a supportive background position. While your contributions remain valued, we honor your boundaries and acknowledge that genuine engagement cannot be mandated—it must come from within.
We are not here to dilute individuality in the name of consensus. Instead, we aim to weave a tapestry where differences coexist beautifully, where collective effort thrives without sacrificing personal integrity. This is not just about what we create, but how we create it: with empathy, with respect, and with the understanding that every voice matters, even when it stands apart.
